Cacık-Yogurt and Cucumber Salad
Ingredients: 500 gr yoğurt, 2 cup water, 3 medium cucumbers, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon salt.
Peel and dice the cucumbers and sprinkle with salt. Beat yogurt and water until creamy. Add crushed garlic and pour this mixture over cucumbers. then, add the olive oil and vinegar and stir until the mixture has a thick consistency. Serve in cold, garnishing with dill or mint. This is a very famous Turkish salad and taht goes with all meat meals.
