Malzemeler: 1.5 kg bal kabağı, 2.5 su bardağı toz şeker, 1 su bardağı kıyılmış ceviz.
Ingredients: 1.5 kg pumpkin, 2 cups sugar, 1 cup grated walnut
Peel, pare and cut pumpkin into 2 inch slices. Place them in a heavy saucepan, sprinkle sugar between the layers. Cover and cook over low heat until pumpkins are tender and absorb all the water. Remove from the heat and transfer to the serving platter. Serve cold with grated walnuts.
