Kuru Misir Turkiyede en cok kullanilan garnitur gidalardan biridir. Ozellikle Karadeniz Mutfaginda misir cok yaygin kullanilir. Misirunu ile kizarmis hamsi tavanin, misir ekmeginin, kuymak in , misirli salatanin ve daha onlarca msiir katkili yemek ve salatanin tadina doyum olmaz.

Dried Corn is one of the favorite winter food in Turkey. Especially, black sea region's cuisine based on the corn. People makes popcorn, corn bread, corn cake, corn salad etc.
In addition to these, the hamsi( anchovy) are fried with corn flour. In pictures , you can see the black sea region's corns. There are many kinds of corns in Turkey
